Hi,
I gave my GMAT twice this year and didnt do well in both the attempts. There was no improvement in the second attempt. I did self study for both the attempts.
But now after the poor scores I feel I need to join some classes where they can coach and let me know where I am going wrong. As of now I am considering to join the Kaplan classroom course. So I just wanted to make sure that they are real good since they are pretty expensive.
So anyone here who has taken Kaplan or any other kind of classroom course, please advice.

I took the Kaplan course recently and I didn't do that well either. It depends, it works for a few people and for a few it doesn't.
I'll tell you this much that if you have already read the Kaplan books and PR books, then I wouldn't recommend.I took the course and after that I briefly looked at the books and it was pretty much the same strategies. So if you don't want to read the Kaplan books, then go and take the course.
The good thing about the course is that there is a lot of practice material. And you can go and attend the workshops ( though I never attended those). But think about it, you will end up spending $1200 (classroom course) for that course, but you can spend less money and get more practice material. And I didn't get other useful materials like OG, etc. And plus this forum is a golden resource, and I really wish that I had known about this site before.
I personally feel that the course didn't help me that much and I depended only on the course.

I'm taking the kaplan course right now..the one month version
If you work 40hours a week, DO NOT TAKE THE ONE MONTH COURSE
There's way too much to cover in between classes, and frankly i'm overwhelmed...I wish I took the 2month version to maximize the value
