Strictly-speaking, I don't think that either of those sets of Scaled Scores would produce the same overall score result on the Official GMAT that you received on these Kaplan CATs (and the Q49/V39 would net you a higher score on Test Day than a Q50/V35). That having been said, the 680 and 710 are "close enough" to realistic to say that you performed well on both of those CATs.
To take everything a step further though, the next question is to ask if you took these CATs in a realistic fashion? Did you take the ENTIRE CAT (including the Essay and IR sections)? Did you do so under Test-like conditions and at the same time of day as your Official GMAT? The more you deviate from a realistic, test-like experience, the higher the possibility of an "inflated", unrealistic score.
