Hi,

I had purchased Kaplan's New GMAT Premier 2013 in New Delhi, India. I had taken all the 6 CATs.

However, I want to rest the tests now.

Please help me with the same.

My account expires on 09.09.2013.

I had purchased Kaplan's New GMAT Premier 2013 in New Delhi, India. I had taken all the 6 CATs.

However, I want to rest the tests now.

Hi Argha,

We generally recommend against retaking the tests; familiarity with the problems, which will repeat even on an adaptive exam, means that your scores won't be representative. However, if you'd like to do them again, send an email to [email protected] and you should be able to get things reset promptly!

I have also requested the Kaplan guys to reset my tests. I am yet to receive a reply from their side. Can you please help? I have filled out the kaplan technical request form also regarding the same.

The customer support is neither reachable on phone nor responding to the emails.
Please help me with the same.
