Hi everyone!
I have been studying for the past few months, and will be taking the GMAT on April 17th. This will be my second time. The first time, I was constantly scoring around 630/640 on my
MGMAT practice tests, and was confident that the adrenaline would help my bump up my score a little bit more on d day. I was horrified at the end of the real test to see I scored a 500, the lowest I had ever scored.
I think the low score had to do with my just freaking myself out and having a really bad day, because I'm back to scoring in the low-mid 600s, with raw scores of around 36-38Q and 40+V.
MY QUESTION: I am pretty confident that I can keep my Q at 38 or 40, as it never really goes too much lower than that, but on my last practice, my V score dropped to a 34, when it's usually around 40 or 42. How do I ensure that my verbal stays put? Verbal is my strongest section, but if I hit a bad day, everything just goes downhill. I really want it to stay strong, since a higher V raw score will give me a way better score.
Any ideas?
