If you are looking for NA placement Kellogg would be your best choice.

I am sure Kellogg 2Y would be great for NA placement but 1Y program without internship. Would it have same job opportunity potential ?

I believe 1Y programs target individuals staying in their same general profession. For example, if you are tech product management staying within tech PM or finance background to a finance role, even including an in-industry pivot, then yes. Kellogg places at an elite level and you would have the same opportunities to go through on campus recruiting. Generally programs only accept you if they think you will succeed given your stated goals in the essays/interviews.
