After reviewing my application, I have an interview waiver, signed by the Adcom. The letter mentions there is no negative impact on my application. My fingers crossed*********(((((())))) *********

I bet that is a good sign! Why will they schedule an interview when they are not interested in you?

Its definately that you are competitive and they want to find out more!

It is a good sign. Shows that you are competetive in the adcom's eyes.
On another note.
A fellow applicant I know went through the same process(waiver - invite to interview) but was ultimately dinged.
