Thanks guys!

The MIT interview was ok. Though the interviewer had a very stioc and bland appearance so I could not get a feel for how or what he was thinking. Frankly I felt quit disappointed after the interview. We will see.

i was interviewd on jan end and still no result (but in my case TOEFL was the reason of delay)

Things dont look good for both of us becuase I heard that Kellogg announces most dings and Waitlists towards on the last day :cry: :evil:

I try to think positively because I think most of the admits will go to Admission Director to review. Besides, Venky, your TOEFL has just been updated recently. Our hope will end until we see an unwanted letter.

I like the spirit GMATcram! It is getting harder to stay positive but I like your theory about them going to the Director. I'm going to use that one.
ps. If anyone knows for sure that this is actually not the case....Don't post until Tuesday!!!

I didnt mean to discourage any one. Its just some data I read in one of these threads

There is one more Kellogg R1 thread other than this one where somebody had mentioned that on the last day only dings and waitlists come out


I am still hoping to get an admit call

I thought I saw somebody say that they got an admit call on the last day of R1 at 4:00PM. Maybe I saw that on BW...

Yea there was at least one person who got a late call. Two of my friends also waitlisted R1 just got their decisions. One admitted (last week), another denied (today).

I wonder if I'll hear today. Bah.

Rhyme, was their status page updated at the same time they received the call?

I'm waitlisted from R1. I haven't heard anything myself, although I am hopeful. I think I left my home number as my contact info.

No idea....

I'm not hopeful about it anymore. I politely asked them to tell me by today and they havent, so I can't imagine thats a good thing.
