Kellogg $ vs. IESE $$ MBA

Hello:)
I am trying to decide between some MBA offers and have spoken to way too many people from each school so thought here is my last resort to ask for some opinions.
My options are:
Kellogg - $40,000 (out of 200k total cost)
IESE - 50,000 euros (out of 120k total cost)
Darden - full ride (already said no)
Yale SOM - $40,000 (I ruled it out already)
Background: I am not from the US or Europe, so the job prospects/life in a couple of years aspect is very important to me. I would like to work in consulting after but I have no background in business, so I would really need to work hard to catch up on everything.
An important factor is I do NOT wish to work in the US in the future and I have most of my friends and partner in Europe. I would have applied for LBS but I didn't like the school culture as much as the others. This is also why I ruled out Darden and Yale SOM, but Kellogg is a bit too good to just let go...
Kellogg:
pro- M7, great reputation, probably can send me to consulting way easier than IESE, and the network and rep will likely be useful even if i want to go directly to work in Europe after
con- I would need to take a loan (60-70k), which feels very stressful and be stuck to a job in the US to pay it back after. I already studied there and did not like it. Also Chicago is cold:(
IESE:
pro- my friends, lifestyle in Europe, SUN, diversity of students (85% international), case method, low cost and I can live more comfortably
con- job placement (not impossible but they have less non-spanish speaking students getting into MBB or Tier 2 consulting in London or other english speaking posts) and less known around the world
To summarize:
As a non-european English speaker with no business/engineering/data background, if I choose IESE (my heart's choice) over Kellogg (more rational choice) would I still be able to make it into consulting in Europe/Dubai/somewhere outside the US?
or should I choose to do it in Kellogg but with a more stressful life (loans and away from my support network) and try to move back to europe after 2-3 years?
I know the answer might be obvious to many of you but I am really struggling to reach a conclusion. Any advice would be much appreciated!
