Choose some NICE numbers that meet the given information.

Let the TOTAL number of boxes = 10
So, Chris packed 6 boxes, and Kelly packed the remaining 4 boxes.

Ratio of the number of boxes Kelly packed to the number of boxes Chris packed = 4 : 6 = 2 : 3 = E

Cheers,
Brent

If there are a total of 100 boxes, Chris would have packed 60 boxes and Kelly would have packed 40 boxes. Therefore, the ratio of the number of boxes packed by Kelly to those by Chris is 40/60 = 2/3.
