Hey well, I'm afraid that other than calling them up and bothering them lots, the other thing you can do is to figure out how you can get replacement copies from your school. I mean, it sucks, but how can you "hold them responsible"??? I mean it still won't bring your documents back. So instead of trying to hold them responsible, figure out what you can do to get new copies.
