Hi, and thanks for writing! It looks like you have a solid academic profile. Other things that the AdCom will be looking for:
1.) your career progression to date and the impact you've made in your marketing roles thus far (which seem very interesting!). While I can't gauge this from what you've written, the AdCom will be able to discern this from your resume, interview, and recommendations
2.) your passions outside of work. It's good that you have volunteer experience -for how long, and what's been your impact on the organization? Be sure to highlight this in your resume (and essays, as appropriate). If you're regularly involved in horseback riding and art, highlight these in your application/resume as well.
For a strong application, you'll also need to clarify your ST/LT goals (why are you interested in an MBA now - what do you want to do post-graduation?), what drives these goals, the transferrable skills you'll bring to your post-MBA roles, and how an MBA from each program will help you achieve them.
