Please evaluate my profile.
Indian Female 25 years
GMAT score : 680 (Q49 V34)
Experience : 28 months in IT (Worked as a developer in one of Fortune 500 Company ) 9+ months in family business (Job was technical and because of other issues switched to family business)
10th : 93%.
12th 86%
Engineering(IT) : 73.7% : (Topper's list all 4 years)
Extracurricular Interests : have done NGO volunteering, writing blogs.
Awards : Topper award in college and have won awards for project work in company.
I want to ask :
Considering my low experience, should I gain more experience and then apply or There are any schools which fit the criteria I provide(?)
Following are the schools I am considering applying :
1. ISB
2. NUS
3. NTU Nanyang Business school
Do I have chances in any one of these? I am also open to suggestions.

Hi there,
Thanks for your post. While I can't say you have no chance at all right now, I do think gaining more experience and more leadership examples would help strengthen your profile quite a bit! So if that is an option and you'd be open to waiting another year or two, you might be much better positioned at that point in time, when you are competing against applicants with 4-7 or so years of strong leadership experience in and outside of work.... keep us posted if we can help further and good luck to you!
