Some people prefer to spend their lives doing the same things and avoiding change. Others however think that change is always a good thing. Discuss both veiws and give your opinion.
It is understandably a case that people perform the same routine work in their entire life, while others try to continuously change their stance and proceed in new directions. Nowadays, it has sparked much debate, some argue that sticking to the same track has fundementally benefical influences on our society while others contend that its has detrimental effects as well. Personally, I believe that both the criteria should be given equal considersation.
A convincing argument can be made in favour of the issue that people make significant changes to their life on regular basis.Firstly, whenever a person encounters a new situation, it provides an oppurtunity to learn and grow. Secondly, it develop the ability to grab new skills, enchance the level of approach alongwith assit to boost confidence. Moreover, for instance, whether it is performing work at job, playing sports or relocating of place, all these changes are beneficial to maintain both physical and mental health.
On the other hand, the option to follow the same track seems to look attractive for several reasons. The most imporant reason is that a person performing the same task on frequent basis, becomes expert in that particular field. Furthermore, the populace do not need to work harder as in constrast it takes ample time to build one's reputation from scratch.
Finally, decision to persist in the same course, for instance, experience of same job for long years give success in life which leads to promotions to higher ranks.
In the nutshell, in my personal cognizance, it is difficult to support one side of the argument as both have its own pros and cons. Personally, I believe it is a controversial issue and should be judged equally.
