I'm starting this 'blog' on my experience with Knewton for 2 distinct purposes:
1. There is still relatively little out there in regards to reviews of this course. The two big "turn on" items for me are obviously the 50 point increase guarantee, and the 100% online approach. I travel frequently, and the idea of not having to tote around 20 different books, or bounce between my iPad books and real books (as not all review books are offered in electronic format yet), is a very attractive one.
2. Secondly, I'm hoping I use this as a self motivator - a way to push myself and maybe even receive a push from others reading this.
I guess I'll add a brief background on myself:
I'm 4 years removed from undergrad, I travel A LOT for work (A LOT being I spend +/- 7 months of the year out of the country), I recently took the GMAT in early Sept 2011 - scored a 600 (Q35, V38, AWA5.5)... this was an extreme disappointment for me (especially the quant) as I had been scoring in the high 600s on my Official gmat prep test less than week before taking the real thing.
Don't hesitate to ask me any questions while I go through this prep. I hope to take the test again in early/mid January 2012. Here we go....
