Guys, I am on a knowledge management team at Rice. The School has a very poorly organized and not too user friendly data base for information regarding Alums, interview info etc. My team has been asked to basically advise a strategy from scratch on how to build this system and what to put into it. Initially, the system is only going to be concerned with consulting information, however it is supposed to be able to grow to be inclusive of all the other industries. If anyone has examples or suggestions from their programs, I would be greatly appreciative if you could share!

Thanks
