La Sante at Kemuraland is an upcoming hospital that intends to build a clientele by attracting patients from other hospitals in the area. Accordingly it plans to offer free consultation with alternate junior doctors for patients who are not attended to within half an hour of their pre-fixed appointment time. The management of the hospital feels that since excessive wait time is the number one complaint at other hospitals in the area, La Sante will be able to offer something unique to patients and thereby achieve its aim

The Arguments talks about-
Aim of La Sante : Attracting patients from other hospitals by providing free consultation to those who have not been attended within 30 mins of the expected timeline.
Now, It may happen that the hospital succeeded in its plan(of attracting a large number of patient) but, a few patients who stayed at other hospitals ( for whatever reason) still have to wait for the same amount of time that they waited before- note that the argument never mentions what is the reason behind wait time, it might not just be because of the abundance of patients. So, clearly this statement does not affect the conclusion of argument.
