Its a good question and perfect from GMAT standards.

I think the answer is "A"

A) Most executives at company X who do not exercise off-site are obese.

Most of the executives , do not eat properly, have thyroids and don;t exercise at their company GYM. So if they do not do so even off-site they are bound to be obese.

(B) No executive at company X who eats healthy meals is obese.
Not really. even if the executive is eating healthy, he may not be exercising and have thyroids and may be skipping meals. Hence he may be obese as well.

This question is an inference question. Therefore the task is to find an inevitable conclusion from information given. Find what must be true.

Read the Argument and Extract Necessary Information:

Note how specific the topics are, watch out for percents versus numbers, look for the logical combination of two points.

Known:
・Lack of exercise, poor diet, and thyroid problems invariably lead to obesity
・Company X does not have an on-site gym

Formulate an Answer to the Question

Lack of exercise, poor diet, and thyroid problems invariably lead to obesity + Company X does not have an on-site gym = Fat employees at Company X unless they exercise elsewhere.

Eliminate Answer Choices:

(A) matches what we said fairly closely - keep
(B) the argument does not mention healthy meals. This does not have to be true ・eliminate.
(C) the argument did not mention what happens to employees at company X's competitors, thus this does not have to be true ・eliminate.
(D) A poor diet is just one of the factors mentioned, therefore this does not have to be true ・eliminate.
(E) A distinction between executives and non-executives is never made thus, this does not have to be true ・eliminate.
