Since the numbers in the tel number are 5 it means that we nave 2 4's.
We can place these in 6*6 ways or 36

well we know there are two 4's
1)let the 4's be together
*3*9*2*6*9*
these 2 4's can be place together at the places wher *'s are ther so ther are 6 possibilities
2)*3*9*2*6*9* individually these 4's individually can be arranged in places of the *'s in
6C2 ways=15 ways
Total =6+15=21
