I took a mock and got 620. It is below what my first mock score was 660. This is after 3 months of on/off preparation. My target score was 760+. I am way off my target. I have many personal and professsional commitments. Barely get 3-4 hrs for study and that too i am very tired while studying. Also youtube is a great distraction while studying as i do studying on laptop.
Kindly suggest what to do. How to improve in 21 days and what can be a realistic expectation after 21 days.

Don't get your expectations high.
620 to 760 in 21 days is never heard of before.
Aim for a 700 and work on your weak areas or postpone your test.

Kindly suggest what to do.
See whether you can take some time off work. Perhaps working with a study buddy may also help you to keep yourself accountable. Harder to push studying to the side if you know someone is expecting you.
