Hi Aratrika,
Getting 4 questions wrong in a row will negatively impact your Score 'wherever' that happens. There are a number of factors to consider though (more than just the fact that it was the last 4 questions), including how you were performing up to that point in the section (re: how well were you performing up to that point - and do you know for sure that you didn't actually get 5 in-a-row or 6 in-a-row wrong to end the section?) and whether the questions were 'experimental' or not (since those experimental questions do NOT count towards your Score).
You posted yesterday that your At-home GMAT was today, so I assume that you're concerned about how you performed. Until your Official results arrive (which likely won't be for at least a couple of days), there's no way to know for sure how you actually scored - so you have to be careful about not 'torturing' yourself about your performance. If you have to take the GMAT again, then that's not a big deal; Business Schools generally do not care if you take the GMAT more than once - and the GMAT is a consistent, predictable Exam, so you can use this whole experience to better train for your next attempt (assuming that one is even necessary).
GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
