Hi to anyone reading this. I'll include some very brief background:
I am due to sit my first GMAT on 21st of July. I have been studying for about 3.5 months and in this time I have taken 4 Manhattan CATs and 2 Official GMAC CATs. My aim is to apply to top 15 schools (US and international) and I would like to score at least 700.
The results from my
OG GMAC CATS are as follows:
1. (March '17): Q44 (63% percentile), V35 (74% percentile), combined score 640 (73% percentile)
2. (June '17): Q47 (73% percentile), V38 (84% percentile), combined score 690 (87% percentile).
My question is this: with approximately 3 full weeks of preparation remaining, how should I focus my study?
I am conflicted because: on the one hand, I haven't devoted a huge amount to studying verbal, and I believe I could increase my Verbal score a considerable amount, hopefully breaking the '700 barrier'.
On the other hand, I'm aware that my score is currently quite imbalanced (in favour of Verbal), which is something that may stand out negatively to admissions personnel.
Any input or feedback would be greatly appreciated, and thank you to anyone who has made it this far!
