Hi akhileshgupta05,
Majority of the material that you mentioned relates to Quant. For Verbal you are left with LSAT papers and
OG 10. Looking at your scores in seems like you can gain more by improving in Verbal as Q 50 in Manhattan is a good indicator that you can get Q 50-51 in actual exam.
1. What have you used so far for Verbal?
MGMAT Q banks, Aristotle Prep stuff (RC, SC). RC 99 is quite useful, you can practice 3-4 passages everyday for the next 3-4 weeks. Also, GMATPrep questions posted on forum can be helpful. Perhaps also look at Jeff Sachmann's Verbal book just for questions.
2. For Quant, Extreme challenge set + Gmatclub test should keep you busy and raise your score.
3. Also, can you share your breakup from
MGMAT CAT1 analysis? i.e. you have posted Q50 & V36 but your accuracy along with what level of difficulty did you answer successfully vs. unsuccessfully. That'll help to see where you can focus on in the next month.
I am currently way behind you and abhicoolmax. I still have to go through foundations of SC & CR along with some brushing up of quant areas (FDPs, word problems esp. DS). But taking
MGMAT CAT1 was a good way for me to find out what to focus on in the coming weeks.
Since its the last month, I planned to avoid non-standard material!
As far as analysis is concerned in my
MGMAT all quant questions were of 700-800 level, out of which I got 10 incorrect. and Verbal is low because the quant was soo difficult, I became tired and by verbal question 30 my brain had almost shutdown.
GMATPrep Q-7 mistakes V 8 mistakes. In Q out of 7, 5 were silly mistakes
and verbal SC killed me. But I have improved in Verbal Since then.
Next
MGMAT will be with the AWA, so hoping something about 720-730, else it will be epic fall!
