So, quant has always been my achilles heel. (If you search my posts you'll find some from me on how to properly do LONG DIVISION, yikes!)

I was scoring in the high 30s and low 40s in Verbal, so I decided to concentrate on Quant, doing Q almost exclusively.

Since then I've been scoring in the mid to high 40s now in Quant now but my Verbal has dropped significantly (a 34 and a 32).

I guess I should jump back into verbal???

anyone have any insight on how to balance the two...

I really thought I would not lose any ground in Verbal as I really enjoy it... but obviously wrong.

Well... you never really want to focus on just one.
You still want to reserve 10-20% of your time for the other subject. Just doing some exercises, tests, etc.

The best advice for the fastest recovery - try to remember what you did before :)
Otherwise.... figure out where you can gain the most ground and which areas you miss (SC, CR, RC).... hard to say esp since you have been able to score higher. I am puzzled :-)

Yeah, just don't kill yourself. Try to stay relaxed at least the last day. Not going to help that one last day. Best to stay focused and stay alert and work out/do something to jolt your mind a bit (and by all means do not overkill yourself the day/morning before)

Good Luck!
Focus on your error log and try to take a test about 24 hrs before the real deal.

So I just took the last Prep prior to the real deal, and got a ............

TOTAL 630
Quantitative - 38
Verbal - 41
IR - 4
AWA - 5

I really thought I was crushing the Quant too... obviously not.

Oh well. There really is nothing more I can possibly do. At least my Verbal is back!
