I've my GMAT scheduled in another week but the problem is unlike most others I feel I am done with my prep. I am not sure whether I should be taking any more tests. I am still going through the books that I have for Verbal and doing practice problems and though i feel fairly confident with my prep as i have been getting an average of 750, I have taken only 4 tests so far(2 MGMAT+2 GMATPREP). Till when should I be taking tests in the last week ? Till 3 days before the test ?

I don't think that cramming is helpful at this point. I would take practice exams/do practice questions. Focus on stamina and timing.

Just as you said, I would start to scale down on the studying a few days before the test. Give yourself a bit of a rest.
