In line with our vision to produce the most effective learning content to help students achieve their MBA dreams, we have embarked on a journey to produce the next version of our Critical Reasoning course – CR 2.0.
To kick start the journey, we have launched two free lessons which build the most foundational skills required to tackle GMAT CR section. Developed with an aim to enhance understanding of arguments and help find the conclusion in complex CR passages, the two lessons explore key nuances built in the CR arguments such as Author-ity and introduces e-GMAT’s ABC test for Conclusion Identification.

Salient features of the new lessons
Builds the foundational Skills – The most foundational skill required to tackle Critical Reasoning section is the ability to comprehend CR passages and identify the conclusion and premises in the passages. While most students do well on easy CR passages, they face problems with medium and high-difficulty level passages. The reason is the lack of strong foundation. The objective of these two lessons is to lay down a strong foundation to understand complex CR passages.
Explains the nuances very well– Most students don’t know the basic objective of an argument, which determines the role different statements can play in an argument. The lessons use the definition of an argument to explain these nuances clearly. In addition, the lessons also cover e-GMAT’s ABC test for conclusion identification, which provides a very simple and useful tool to identify the conclusion statement, in cases of confusion.
Interactivity – Redefined: The lessons are built using the latest technology in e-learning design and redefine the way interactivity and navigation is thought of in online courses. Take a look at these courses and see for yourself. All these lessons are HTML5 compliant so you should be able to watch them on your mobile phone and tablet.
