Hi
Bms2110 ..
Welcome to Gmatclub.
1. Your background will be considered Unique and hence you will have an advantage
2. This is a difficult question to answer. I would suggest you to introspect yourself. Find what you want to do in life? Why you require MBA for that? Is there any other way by which you can achieve your goal? If you are stuck, find some useful resources on google.
From my personal point of view, I would suggest jobs in Strategy/Corporate consulting/governance/mergers & acquisitions would be best.

I am an India qualified lawyer working with a top tier law firm in India and having an experience of about five years in Dispute Resolution/ Litigation Practice (handling primarily arbitration and insolvency related disputes). I did my law from one of the leading law schools in India.
I had following concerns:
a. How do MBA programs view lawyers from my background?
b. What are the jobs areas that a lawyer with my experience can aim for after MBA from one of top schools?
Thank you in advance for taking out your time to address my concerns!
