Between B and E i will go with E....coz E clearly mentions what is rising...the number of medical suits and not medical suits itself!!!
The correct answer is (E). The original is repetitious: if “Lawyers and doctors . . . agree,” then “alike” and “both” are superfluous; if there’s a “rise in . . . suits,” the clause “which are on the increase” is redundant. Only (E) avoids all these errors.
