Please tell us your most significant international experiences to date. (100 words max)
Does this include traveling to only other countries or it can also constitute interacting with global teams as part of being an MNC ?
Actually I have 2 international experiences but they were all for leisure trips.I dont think they would be useful. As part of my job , I do get to interact with global teams regularly and even with clients. Can I include this in this LBS question ?

This question is indeed asking for both your personal and professional international experiences, so your two international trips may actually be useful. The trick is it goes beyond that listing them. You have to articulate HOW those experiences impacted you, for instance what you learnt from interacting with other cultures and if you can tie it to your MBA decision and LBS, that will be even better. They want to see that you are well rounded and thoughtful about the world. Look up Zambuko advisory for further discussion on how to shape your essays with us!

To your first question, my contention is that physical travel is a privilege not afforded to everyone but there are many ways to have international experiences besides that, so yes your work experiences also matter.
To your second one, I have an idea of what your exact worry is concerning the locations, but perhaps share your exact worry so we can help you adequately?
My overall advice is for both types of experiences, spend time reflecting on them to really uncover HOW those experiences broadened your understanding of other cultures. That is what you want to put down on paper. Keep that in focus and 100 words is not a lot. You will have something substantial to say. As mentioned above, look up Zambuko advisory and you can book a free consultation session with my firm to discuss these types of questions more.
