Hey! Honestly, if your GMAT right now isn’t close to LBS MiF’s average (around 650+), it’s better to wait and apply in Round 3 with a stronger score. LBS cares a lot about quant strength, so a solid GMAT can easily outweigh the small drop in chances.
Round 2 only makes sense if you’re already scoring in that range and confident. Otherwise, use the extra time, prep well, and apply stronger, you’ll have a much better shot. All the best

Hi,
I am planning on apply for LBS MiF (as is evident from the subject). However, I am really split between applying for the round 2 deadline(which would involve GMAT given with lesser prep, but everything else in terms of essays and documentation is ready) or take out more time and prepare much better for GMAT and apply for Round 3.
I've read the chances 'significantly' decrease if i apply for round 3 instead of round 2.
Any suggestions?
