LBS without a shadow of a doubt. The quality of the faculty and your classmates students will be higher at LBS. It's also a core school for all the top employers in London whereas that's not always the case for Judge. Having the ability to do an internship is also a big plus. I had some interactions with Judge when I was researching schools and really wasn't all that impressed personally.

I think you are probably underestimating the cost of living in London and Cambridge by the way.
