Hello All,
Does anyone have an idea whether investment banks recruit MBA (PGP, more specifically) graduates from ISB for their leadership rotation programmes? Name a few if you do? I'm referring to the graduate rotation programmes which puts one through all functions such as finance, trading, marketing, etc.

If I'm not mistaken are you talking about the 2+2 course they are offering. You will have to apply in your final year of graduation where ISB will help you gain 2 years of work experience followed by the PGP program. ISB's program is pretty well known and have had 100 percent recruitment which is usually the case with most Indian colleges.

Hi - I'm actually referring to the 1 year PGP completion followed by placement offers by companies specifically for their leadership rotation programmes - for example, companies such as GE, Siemens, Novartis, Luxotica, etc. I'm wondering if investment banks offer any such leadership programmes at ISB.
I see that there were 12 offers made by investment banks at ISB this year. Any way to view what the profiles are like? ISB's placement report only mentions that all IB offers are in the field of finance but that's very broad.
