egmat team!

Can you please kindly clarify the solution of question 4 as per egmat's logic.
As per my understanding it is option c) as every covers point with 100% and not every means (0 to 99%).
However, kindly help clarify the confusion with option d)
It says "d. No GMAT taker will agree that the GMAT is a mentally gruelling exam."
No means '0'. Therefore, i believe that this is the correct logic to discard option d.
Kindly guide.
