Hi all,
I am able to attempt 26-27 questions in verbal, out of which I am getting around 18-19 question correct. I am not attempting the last 7-8 questions.
Out of these 26 questions, the question numbers which I got wrong were: Q3, Q4, Q10, Q11, Q12, Q20, Q26
I scored V28 as a result.
I wanted to know that if I randomly mark the answers to the last 7-8 questions, will it improve my score, reduce my score, or will not make much difference?
Someone please help me with this. Would really appreciate it.

The GMAT scoring algorithm is designed to punish test takers for leaving questions blank, so it's better to guess at remaining questions when you're running out of time. But it's better still to budget your time so you can finish every question, even if that means guessing quickly at early questions and moving on. I'm sure you would have scored significantly above a 28 had you simply managed your time correctly. Hope this helps.

Definitely want to answer every question regardless of how much time you have left
And in general, GMAT scores tend to rise when you are able to dedicate time to every question. The idea of the test is to force you to move faster (and thus force you to make mistakes) but the test also punishes you for not finishing and taking questions comfortably. So you have to figure out how to answer all questions. A solution with partial answers is a no-go for a high score basically.
