So I guess I am content with my score. I'm out of time. This is my second attempt. First time taking it was July 30th and scored 550 (Q35, V31).
Just kind of sucks knowing that after all this time (over 2 1/2 months) I was only able to boost my score up 30 points. Granted, I took a little break in that time, then started working on applications, and am taking a calculus class right now. So i've got my hands full.
Monday will probably be my last time taking the test. I intend to apply first round at my schools. I'd better have a great application, awesome essays, not to mention letters of recommendation. Since I'm enrolling in the part-time program, they are a little more lenient on GMAT and focus more on the work experience. At least I hope so.. Regardless, with a 580 I would be "within range" of my fall-back school.
Anyways, today I got a 580 (Q36, V34) on GMATPrep 2
This is after a 550 (Q32, V34) on GMATPrep 1 that I took five days ago.
During the next two days I'm going to review my answers and brush up on improving my verbal.
I really hope the next time I take it, which will be the real thing, I'll get over a 600. I hope I have a chance..
Wish me luck guys!
