I wish to get a letter of recommendation from my Manager at a previous firm that I worked, but he too has left that company. B-schools send an email to their work email id and now that he has a different email id, how can I get around this problem?

Use his new email. It's fine if it is at a new workplace. He is expected to explain in what role he worked with you anyway.
If a gmail email, the schools will sometimes take additional steps to verify the identity of the person.

This is not an uncommon situation, just update his current email address in the system and the automated prompt should direct the recommendation form to that email. Many applicants will have reccs from people who no longer work with them or at the same company so no need to worry here. Spend your time making sure your recommender is prepared to to give you a full and complete recc, consider creating a recc package that includes your resume, accomplishments, career goals, application timeline, and a bit of information on your interest in the b-school and the specific MBA
