I am not sure if I am missing something, but i have not come across on too much information on the letter of recommendation required for the Ivey MBA. I know they prefer 2-3 recommendations, but my manager was interested to know what questions are included in such letters? or is it up to the recommender's discretion? Does anyone know? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you

Hi Nikita,
The questionnaire for LOR is fixed. The recommender gets a link in his/her email to be filled up online. Usually the questions are related to applicant's strengths, weaknesses, team work abilities, etc. How long have you both worked together? Rating your other skills on a scale. Mention them with examples and quantify your contributions.
