Hi DarkAlex,

The way it works is that you have to provide an email address of the recommender (prefereably his official email id) and he/she is sent a form privately from the school to write down about yourself.
So all you have to do is to just provide the recommenders email in the application and the school takes care of sending the questions to the candidate themselves via the application.

That's fantastic and helpful. One more important question is do I need to ask him to write in a particular format referring to a particular B School or Its like "Whomsoever it may concern".

The link will contain a set of questions that the recommender will have to answer. There is no need to write a generalised letter as such for most of the schools.
