Brussels sprouts are plural, it is in option A is wrong (Eliminate A)
And works well with parallelism. As well as in C is useless, (Eliminate C)
Like vs As in GMAT,
If the comparison is simply between nouns, use “like.” If the comparison involves a full subject + verb clause, use “as.”
Like is more suitable here for the comparison between cabbage and Brussels noun. (Eliminate B and D)
Answer is E.
