True When a line passes through the origin it can pass through either I and III or II and IV or be the axes themselves. Hence a line that passes through II and III CANNOT pass through the origin.
II. Line l cannot pass through any point in quadrant IV.
FalseAs you can see in the fig. the line can pass through IV quadrant.
III. The slope of line l cannot be 0.
True When a line is parallel to the \(x \) axis ( a Horizontal line ) then only its slope is zero.
Hence the line cannot go through both II and III quadrant and still be parallel to the \(x\) axis.
