Hi everyone, I could use some help in making my final school decision for Fall 2024.
I'm deciding between LMU, Chapman, or UCSD's MBA program, all Full-Time, except for LMU, which is Part-Time (but I can take a full-time allotment).
I'm looking to completely pivot into a new industry (Marketing to Finance), focusing on the investment and wealth management side of finance.
LMU - I have a small scholarship
UCSD - I have a sizeable fellowship award (more than half).
Chapman - Nothing
Each would require housing. Which would be best for what I'm looking to transition into? Which program would be best for me overall in terms of the prestige/impact?
Also to note - I reside in the Los Angeles area. Would I have alumni networking connections for work back in LA if I attend UCSD, or are they mostly tied to the San Diego area?
I'm leaning towards Rady but I noticed the program was relatively newer compared to other programs, indicating the alumni network may not be as large.
I appreciate the help.
