A. that a company disclose to its associates when a security breach may have allowed
someone to steal a person's name and social security number, driver's license
number or customer account numbers from their files or computer systems
>>Use of their is incorrect

B. a company disclosing to its associates when a security breach may have allowed
someone to steal a person's name and social security number, driver's license
number or customer account numbers from their files or computer systems
>>Use of their is incorrect
Furthermore, require should be followed by that to convey the idea. If you look closely 'a company' has no main verb.

C. that a company disclose to its associates when a security breach may have allowed
someone to steal a person's name and social security number, driver's license
number or customer account numbers from its files or computer systems
>>Correct

D. a company that it should disclose to its associates whether a security breach may
have allowed someone to steal a person's name and social security number, driver's
license number or customer account numbers from their files or computer systems
>>Use of their is incorrect
Also usage of should with require is wrong.

E. that a company be disclosing to its associates when a security breach may have
allowed someone to steal a person's name and social security number, driver's
license number or customer account numbers from its files or computer systems
>>'that a company be disclosing' looks awkward

Hope it helps!!

This is a relatively easy question if you don’t get bogged down by its length or the details.

First point to notice here is the use of that in Options A, C, and E. In this sentence, that is required after the verb require. This may not be a strict rule always. But in this context, none of the other options without that makes any logical sense.

Option B lacks a main verb and is a fragment because of ‘disclosing’. Option E is also incorrect with a passive be disclosing, which is awkward at best. Option D is not the best option either: consider its word order and diction – require a company that it should.
Options A, B, and D can be eliminated for the use of the pronoun their.

This leaves us with only Option Cthe right answer.

Hope this helps!
