Hey guys, I'm facing this issue from a week now and it's extremely inconvenient. Gmatclub is getting logged out very often, sometimes within 5 minutes, sometimes in seconds. It is pretty annoying and cumbersome to login for every question. Is anyone else having this issue. Can anyone guide me whom to contact or provide solution to this issue, as gmatclub's contact button is broken.

Looking for suggestions

Hello, Niyaz. I do not have this issue, nor do I know whom to contact per se for such a backend question, but I imagine bb will either know the answer or put you in touch with someone who can help you. I have tagged him, so that should draw attention from the right set of eyes.

Try a different browser and see if you notice a difference. If you notice a difference then you will know where the issue is.

Thanks for replying Andrew & bb, yeah it seems the problem was with browser ( Chrome ). I've tried it with another browser and have not faced this error.

Glad to hear it, Niyaz. Now I know how to answer this question if I see it again, and bb, my goodness, if he gets any faster on the draw, then I might accuse him of mind-reading. (His response time whenever I have tagged him has been almost immediate.)

It is likely a corrupted cookie issue. You can delete your GMAT Club cookies. (No reason to delete all). That should fix it and you can start using Chrome again.
