I didn't apply to LBS in the end but all the students I interacted with suggested they lived within walking distance of the school. I imagine your best bet would be a sub-let from a student who is also on study abroad program.

I wouldn't worry until 6 pm European time (5 pm UK time). I believe LBS are extremely consistent in sending out emails to everyone exactly at that time.
