Working the variables and finding number of factors/ prime or even on a question like this for which I am attaching an image. What do you guys think is the real crux to crack atleast 60% of questions at this level?

concept and reasoning in this question we can reduce the question to 99(a-c) must be a multiple of 7 since 99 is not a multiple then a-c must be a multiple and then a> c so we have only 2 choice 9-2 and 8 - 1 and b can be any value it doesn’t matter so for b we have 9 values then the no. of possibility would be 2 * 9 = 18 so 18 is the answer

Hey everyone! I’m planning to prepare for the GMAT and had a few doubts. I scored 85% in 10th, 73% in 12th, and completed my B.E. in Mechanical and Automation Engineering with 83%. Later, I pursued an M.Tech in Engineering Design and secured 71%. I’ve been working as a CAE Engineer in the automotive sector for over 3 years and now plan to pursue a one-year MBA from ISB or IIMs. My question is — will my past academic scores affect my eligibility or chances of getting shortlisted for IIMs/ISB and later during placements?
