Fellows, despite expressed interest here and in few PMs no one still didn't move forward and at least added me on Skype. My offer is still holds, I am sure it will be useful study group.

I offer following format: Each of the participants makes number of hard trial problems every day. At the evening or every few days - participants connect to discuss those problems. Who did some particular problem right while someone did it wrong explains this problem to others. Then follows practice with similar problems and explanation from those who weak in something. Repeat until we won't spot all weak sides of participants and strengthen them out. Details are up to discussion.

It worth trying I think.
