Hello - my first post. I am specifically starting this topic to look for people who have been fully employed, with families looking to take the GMAT. I am making a change which will allow more time to study on weeknights thing 1-2 hours. In the interest of keeping my wife sane I can only allot 4 hours per weekend day.
I only want a 650, I can only go to a fully employed program.
I have all of the MGMAT books, I have paid for Knewton and I have the Kaplan Books.
Any help, or pointing me to a similar post is appreciated.
This is a great site with a great sense of camaraderie and I am happy to be a part of it.

I can relate. 2 kids with a wife, and full time job. i think you will need quite a bit of help from your spouse to provide you with space and time to study.
The first question though, should be - what is your current score. Have you taken a diag test?

I was in the same boat when I took the test.
Your plan is practical and a 650 is achievable. The key is stick to a schedule as much as you can and make sure you utilize the resources to make the most of your prep time (error log, diagnostic tests/practice tests throughout prep to gauge improvement, etc.)
