I’m looking to improve my verbal score especially CR.
I have been preparing for more than 2 years and exhausted all materials. My scores have improved significantly but haven’t achieved 700 yet.
Please recommend me any online tutor.

The gmatclub tutoring page mentions some tutors you could check out. Manhattan-Prep's 6th Edition for CR may be helpful as well. Perhaps include working with a study buddy. If you can find someone who is really good on CR and needs help with another part you're strong on, that could be a good fit. There's a study buddy thread on gmatclub.
