Hi, my LoR backed off after writings in the application, although another one ready but will his name, who backed off.\, affect my application by seeing an the application?

The school will likely not see the name of your recommender who backed out. Even if they do, it almost surely won't be held against you. The schools realize it's a major imposition to get full-time professionals to write these letters and, consequently, some do flake or drop out for whatever reason. As long as you manage to get the required number of recommendations in by the deadline, it won't matter if one of your original recommenders did not ultimately submit.
If you are supremely concerned, just call or email the AdCom of the school and tell them what happened. I am sure they can tell you directly that it won't matter. This will give you peace of mind!
Have faith and take a deep breath.

No worries, it happens. You need to cancel the LOR request sent to this person and send it to another recommender. If you're not sure how to do this from within your online application, contact the school and ask for help.
