Lou is saying: If A, then B. Hence If not A, then not B. This is not correct.

Evelyn is saying that regardless of If A or If not A, result is B - which is unwarranted

B

Its not E because what Evelyn is saying could be true.

Will go with B.

Lou's argument is fallcious as even if the flight is not cancelled the flight may be delayed hence the manager can be late for the meeting. Therfore evelyn is right to state the lous' argument is fallacious, but her conclusion is warranted. Again the flight may be on time and the manager can make it on time.
E wrongly asumes that evelyn will be wrong. Evelyn can be right too.
