Hi there,
How does your GPA compare with that of other applicants from your country or your college?
As different countries have different grading systems, its going to depend on how easy/difficult it is to score a 3.04 in your country (which anyways does not sound bad at all). Maybe you stood among the top 10% in your class, and this will be an interesting data-point in your application.
So don't write yourself off just yet.
Also, how did you convert the GPA? Most b-schools will ask you to not convert to a 4 point scale if your college has not used it to mark you. They want you to upload your original transcripts and they use their metrics (built over many years) to evaluate your performance.
